Move your weekly exercise class to a new level, an air level. The Extreme air trampoline park becomes the greatest workout you have ever experienced, combining a high energy low impact workout with plenty of fun and a lot of laughs, your Heart rate will soon be raised, helping rapidly shed the pounds, research by NASA has shown that an hour of jumping on the trampoline can burn 1000 calories but it also has the added advantage of helping to build tone and define muscles.
All spaces that haven't been pre-booked will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Please be aware that the classes start at 7.00 and 7.30 sharp and we advise being in the park at least 15 minutes before your session starts.
It is essential that you book a place for the Air Fit. Failing to do this is likely to mean you will not get a space in either class, as we are currently oversubscribed for these classes.
