Bounce Bootcamp is a brand new fitness programme for Extreme Air, offering a circuit-based, full-body workout training routine that includes Ropes, Heavy Bags, Suspension, Weights, Multiple Exercises and more.
Using the entirety of the park, you're guaranteed to get a great workout that's not only intensive, but varied, fun and supportive. Try multiple exercises and equipment throughout the full 45 minute workout, with professional instruction and coaching by our qualified team.
Be sure to arrive in plenty of time, as the bootcamp starts at 7.15pm sharp! As numbers are limited, please be sure to book online in advance to avoid disappointment - places will run out fast!
